This project involved the successful elevation of a property previously as wetland, executed for Kolter Homes by Harcon. The primary goal was to transform the land into a suitable and sustainable environment for development. Harcon utilized innovative techniques and expert planning to ensure that the elevation was both effective and compliant with environmental regulations. This project not only enhances the property’s but also contributes positively to the surrounding ecosystem.
